Patti Kenner, ardent supporter of women candidates and of causes and culture in the Jewish world, opens her home many times a week (sometimes many times a day!) so her guests can encounter new films, preview exhibitions at the Museum of the Jewish Heritage, learn about U. of Michigan causes and more. Honored recently for her support of Democratic women running for federal office in the U.S., she laughed, described her parents’ ardent efforts as civic leaders, and told the Tri- State Maxed-Out Women’s PAC, “This is just what I’m supposed to be doing…. This is who I’m supposed to be.”
