LILITH INTERNSHIPS
Lilith offers summer and semester-long internships to college students and recent graduates. Summer interns are expected to commit to at least two afternoons per week in Lilith’s New York office. School-year internships may be one or two afternoons a week. A modest stipend ($50/afternoon) is offered.
A Lilith internship includes supervision by senior staff, participation in all editorial meetings, and routine office work relating to the assignment and editing of articles, preparing copy for the designer and printer, covering news of Jewish and feminist interest, ordering books for review, reading manuscripts, and more. College credit may be available. (Plus excellent snacks, wide-ranging experience, and good company.)

- your résumé, including three references;
- a letter telling us why you would like to intern at Lilith;
- two writing sample(s) of no more than 500 words, which may include published articles, material written for a course, or a book review you’d like to submit.
- Please label each attached file with your first and last name and the content of the doc. For example, “Jane Doe, intern resume; Jane Doe intern cover letter, Jane Doe, writing sample 1, etc.” Thank you.
We consider applications year-round. We are currently accepting applications for Fall 2019 and Winter/Spring 2020 semester-long internships.
